Guest guest Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 Hi Everyone, Today I did my beloved Volume 6 - I always enjoyed this FIRM Classic! I probably could have gone a little heavier than I did for some exercises, but I'll try to remember that for next time. I guess I forgot that the hover squats and leg presses are separated by aerobic segments in this workout and aren't back to back as they are (I think, in Standing Legs...) Glad I got this one in this morning. I also like that the Classics have longer stretching segments at the end of the workouts and pretty good ab routines overall. Tomorrow is cardio - I'm not 100% sure on what to do, but I was thinking along the lines of something shorter (maybe 30 minutes) with a 30 min stretch tape.
