Brain is supposed to be 25% DHA and 11% AA-- in humans anyway. I'm sure you

get plenty of PUFA from animal fats throughout the day, and more than you'd

get in a tsp of CLO, so I suspect it's not the amount of PUFA but the kind of

PUFA. Since AA metabolites are stronger than n-3 metabolites, and since DHA has

a significant pathway to follow to get converted to EPA, brain might be

balanced enough for you.
