interesting little book on cooking organs, glands etc

For those like me who gone off the deep end on meat eating......

I just recieved an interesting little book called Innards and Oher

Variety Meats by Jana and Margaret Gin (published in 1974).

It's loaded with recipes and info on eating ALL the cow, pig, chicken

etc. Plus best of all it's real cheap. I got it used on Amazon for

around $3.00.
