Noridian Medicare Question

Greetings:I have recently completed the electronic paperwork to now be able to submit Medicare claims to Noridian. This was no easy feat my friends. We use Office Ally for our submissions.Now I am getting EOB's saying MA121 - Missing/incomplete/invalid x-ray date. MA122 - Missing/incomplete/invalid initial treatment date.Question?When did we have to have x-rays again? Wasn't that done away with years ago? And, my date of injury and treatment dates are listed.
