I can see you're explaining it in these posts but I can't sort out the instructions from all the theory. I've just talked my sister into going grain-free (she has digestion problems) and she says she eats sort of Warrior Diet style anyway (lightly during the day though cooked at this stage). She runs about 3 to 4 times a week so now I want to pass on the info on post- workout recovery shakes and stuff like you all keep talking about. She's kefir culturing whey and drinking that at the moment. I just want to be able to simply tell her " drink this before/after running because...... and in the long run ...... " .
