What's to Eat?

Sometimes I just wish someone would tell me what to eat every day. The

choices are just endless and my mind gets bogged down just sorting it all out.

(Or maybe it's just mind fog from something.) I think the problem is, that I

like

to eat different things everyday so I can't get into a habit where I don't have

to

think about it. Part of my fear is that I could get stuck in a rut and be

missing

something from my diet. If I have a variety, I feel that I'm more likely to be

covering all of the bases. Plus, I would just get bored with the same old thing.

Anyone willing to share what's on your menu today or if it's easier, what you

ate yesterday? I loved reading what the WAP staff ate-wish they would do an

update.
