good morning,didn't do anything on friday or saturday. this morning after breakfast went straight for amy bento's all pump. 40 min total body using mostly dumbbells,step,ball, and barbell for squats. upper body got fried during the workout but was concerned when i didn't feel the fatigue in my legs BUT i went for an add on with carb burners from 10 min. solution i notice i was starting to feel it. i programmed the metabolism booster(which is all weight) and power blast(plyometric intervals) but during weights i was really feeling the tiredness in the legs. so i may not have brought them to fatigue during amy's workout i certainly did work them enough. i stopped at metabolism booster though b/c i didn't want to wear out my legs. still have to be strong and ready for work. have a great morningkassia
