Guest guest
Just read an article in Muscle Media about a study that split people into to groups, one fed an all-inclusive diet and one fed a lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet. The groups were controlled for protein intake and exercise regimen, so that each had an equal amount of protein and each had the same weight training routine. After a period of time, each group gained the same amount of strength, but the meat-eating group gained muscle and lost fat, while the vegetarian group gained fat and lost muscle.
