Guest guest Posted October 18, 2003 Report Share Posted October 18, 2003 I recall the NT book mentioning to avoid protein powder because it's basically evaporated (pasteurized) milk protein. I was wondering if anyone uses here, and if so: why? I'm especially interested if those who lift weights use protein powder.
