Hi,

Today I had down Gym Style Legs. I don't like doing the entire workout, just too long. So I did the standing and will do the floor work this evening. I enjoy this workout much better by breaking it up like this. I added on LIC abs to this workout.

Squats BB (3 sets) 40 Bonus reps (8 reps 3x1 ct, low end 7, 2 low end 3s) 40 Front Lunges DB (2 sets) 10 Bonus reps (pulse 15, 7, 3, 3) 10 Rear Lunges DB 10Plie Squats DB (2 sets) 10 Leg Press Band (2 sets) green band Deadlift toes elevated BB (top 1/2) 40 Deadlift on 6" platform BB (bottom 1/2) 40 Slow Motion Lunges DB 5 Calf Raises no wt

Low Impact Circuit- abs

LIC abs moves really quick. I like the exercises, but she acts like she's in a really big hurry lol
