I found a place to get raw back fat in my area but don't know how much to get. Also do you think that the back fat is just as good as the leaf lard? Or is the leaf lard the only part of the fat that is considered valuable? I can get the leaf lard too, but it is more expensive and farther for me to go in terms of driving.
