Hi ,

I'm sure others will chime in as well, but I can share what I've

learned about the FIRM since I've done a lot of reading/surfing about

it in the last few months, lol.

Here's a pretty complete list of the videos, save for some that have

been released in the last few months. I think Donna posted this for

us earlier:

http://www.geocities.com/theuberfemme/

That's also a great resource so you know how to classify your sculpt

videos - classic (50% weights, 50% cardio), tortoise (75% weights,

25% cardio, or hare (25% weights, 75% cardio). I have mine labeled

as such in my inventory spreadsheet, and it is a big help when I plan

my FIRM rotations.

The " pink " FIRMs are all of the newer ones that have the pink label

at the top of the package, like this, or like the ones they have at

Walmart:

Lee/dp/B0011Z5NLY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=dvd & qid=1225594212 & sr=8-1

I've also seen some of the older workouts re-packaged with the pink

label. From what I've seen, the pink FIRMs are quite different than

the BSS workouts and the classics, but I haven't tried them yet. I

have a week of them scheduled in December, though. ;)

The FIRM has several different " flavors " - often based on who owned

the company at the time. Here's a nice summary of FIRM history, up

to the TransFIRMer series:

As to if there are certain videos only avail on VHS, I believe that

is true. Most of classics and the others before the BSS systems are

only on VHS. Though, many of the " parts " series are available on

dvd, often with 2 workouts to a disc. Also, I do think that

Benson herself was re-releasing the classics on dvd. Looks like she

has 5 of the 6 available on dvd now:

Okay, that's all I can think of for the FIRM crash course right now,

lol. Let me know if I can be of any more help.

:)
