(even if you aren't doing crunches). I get a LOT of exercise just doing

house stuff, though I don't usually call it exercise. I find now that if

I eat a " real " lunch I feel sedated -- kind of like if I sleep all day I

feel just awful. I don't do the kind of " Warrior exercises " Ori

recommends -- at my age and state of being I CAN'T do anything near that

-- but I can do Taekwando move and weights.
