Except for short term therapeutic reasons I don't think regular juicing

is a good idea at all. You can check the archives for my recent post on

juicing.

I am curious as to whether the juice from fermented veggies might have a

beneficial effect on the body long term.

But if I was going to use regular juice then your idea of adding kefir

whey and culturing overnight sounds like it would be quite helpful. I

might even add cream to it.
