Thanks, , but I doubt your friend is anywhere near me. Likely he's in a much larger centre. :-) I would like to go back to Oregon someday. My folks and I camped often when I was a kid/teen, and we went up and down the Oregon Coast several times. Lovely.

Today I did 46 mins walking on the tmill (2 sessions), and the AM and part of the PM Pilates workout from Gaiam. The AM is definitely for beginners, but I really enjoyed using the band for rollups and leg circles. Not quite enough repetitions for me, so I went on to the PM practise, and did some of that, until I had a 30 minute workout in. I gingerly slid into Child's Pose for the first time in months! I don't know if that means my knees are on the mend, but it sure felt good. I only tried it because I was getting worried about losing some range of motion.
