Do to hardly any conditions in competative sports are you balanced perfectly of both legs. It seems there is more of a positive transfer when training legs individually. Let me know your opinions.> Drew, I wouldn't rule out the importance of front and back squats, especially during the general preparatory phase of your training year. However, as your training becomes more specific I would recommend switching to single leg movements, eg, lunges, single leg squat, etc etc to further increase the specificity of your training.
