Letter to the Editor on True Health Care Reform

Dear colleagues, My letter to the editor was published in this morning’s “Albany Democratic Herald” Newspaper. I would like everyone to please email me a note letting me know if you see the letter in your local paper. We need to be proactive and get the message out and reinforce what the lay public is beginning to understand, the medical model of health care with drugs, drugs and more drugs isn’t the answer we are! My local newspaper changed the title to, “Fewer pills, better health” that will likely happen in your paper so look for it… Also use the attached letter to build your own letter to the editor use all or part of it we as a profession will continue to get the message out and that is if we are truly going to reform health care in Oregon we must movement away from all the synthetic pharmacology….
