I don't see how that is really bad. Are their carbs in egg beaters?

Other than their might be alot of fat in the ham, I think you did okay.

I did 97% lean ham, the packaged kind. Can you eat nuts on this

program?

Almonds are what is recommended.

I think you did fine. Just watch your protein/carb ratios and also

watch your portions.

check out a calorie website like calorieking.com for foods you aren't

sure of what they have in them.
