Guest guest
I don't see how that is really bad. Are their carbs in egg beaters? Other than their might be alot of fat in the ham, I think you did okay. Guest guest
I did 97% lean ham, the packaged kind. Can you eat nuts on this program? > > > > This morning I accidentally messed up and had egg beaters AND ham and > > made an omelette. I was thinking that I was eating a protein and a > > carb. Guest guest
Almonds are what is recommended. I think you did fine. Just watch your protein/carb ratios and also watch your portions. check out a calorie website like calorieking.com for foods you aren't sure of what they have in them.
