Guest guest Posted December 17, 2007 Report Share Posted December 17, 2007 Hello All! I'm a newbie in my second week of BFL. I'm not new to weights but I am new the " pyramid " system of lifting. The other day I was doing dumbbell lunges and as the weight got heavier I could barely keep my grip on them. I really struggled to keep the weight in my hand to do the last 12 reps. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do about this? I HAVE to have heavy weights to work out my lower body. Thanks for your help!
