Office Ally) and have been having claims denied, I found out why and have the solution.You must enter a date on line 31, the initial date of service. This wasn't a factor on paper claims. Without that date, even though you entered a Date of Current on line 14, you will get a reject.For those of you that know that (I'm probably the only one that doesn't) I know I'm singing to the choir.
