Guest guest
Is not the date on line 31 the date that you are signing your name? Why would you keep putting the initial date of injury when it does not ask for it on this line 31? I have always put on this line the date of signature, which is a date after the billing dates you are billing for. Your statement does not make sense to me, please explain. Walt D.C Eagle Point Subject: Noridian Medicare Electronic Billing SolitionTo: "Neil Cohen" Cc: oregondcs Date: Friday, March 30, 2012, 8:22 AM Greetings:For those that accept Noridian Medicare and bill electronically (i. e. Office Ally) and have been having claims denied, I found out why and have the solution. You must enter a date on line 31, the initial date of service. This wasn't a factor on paper claims. Without that date, even though you entered a Date of Current on line 14, you will get a reject. For those of you that know that (I'm probably the only one that doesn't) I know I'm singing to the choir. For those of you that don't, hope this helps. Neil R. Cohen, D.C.Dundee Chiropractic
