progesterone question, please help!

Dr. Mike and others have said on this list that oral progesterone is superior

to topical. Can someone please explain this and where to get oral

progesterone? Is this referring synthetic hormones such as provera or actual

progesterone?

My mom is having major problems and she says there is no such thing as

natural oral progesterone. She *has* a prescription for provera, so I want to

know

if there's something better for her to be doing or not.
