Remember awhile back I mentioned that they

had found that rats fed gluten while very

small tended to develop T1 diabetes? Well

now they are finding evidence in human

babies too. Obviously " cereals " isn't

necessarily gluten cereals (as in the rats) but

given the content of most young kid foods

it likely is.
