Add the incredible lectures about food quality and human health, and you have a don't miss situation!! www.acresusa.com while you are there, check out Jerry Brunetti's article in the 'tool box' section. Jerry is a Voison (sp?) soil health/human health consultant who has contracted lymphoma after two bouts with Lymes (there appears to be a non-publicized relationship between Lymes and cancer of the lymph nodes.) He chonicles in the interview posted at acres how he rejected chemo after researching what it is and how it works. he was given 6 weeks to live by his doctor. He then took responsibility for his own health. It is now 3 years later and I can tell you, with the protocol that he follows, he has more energy than anyone I know and his cancer is in remission even though the globe-trots to educate people on the nutritional necessity of eating fully mineralized foods. You can read all about it at the acres site. www.acresusa.com While I'm on the soap box, let me say that I am a biodynamic CSA operator who serves the greater Washington DC commuity. You will see my ads in the Weston A Price quarterly. Historically, I receive far more requests for cow hooves than I do for fully minteralize produce, although I know that there are virtually no other sources for super nutritional foods in the dc area. This is a great short coming for people who are healing or looking to maintain their youthful health with a traditional diet. Fat is not enough. Traditional diets did include large amounts of vegetation either wildcrafted or harvested from soils that were demonstrably better mineralized than soils are today. You can feel the useable energy from a simple bowl of biodynamic greens through the next day. In fact, most people can feel it the moment they chew their first mouthful. (Of course, as far as I know, there is no scientific explanation for absorbing energy from food still in the mouth). Jerry is currently making a morning super drink of homemade whole raw milk kefir, homemade whole raw milk yogurt, biodynamic wheat grass and other biodynamic greens, as well as sea vegetable powders. To this he adds two raw pastured eggs. He feels that this morning drink is a tremendous source of healing nutrition and energy.
