Guest guest
Surely you can't be comparing honey to vegetables. Honey contains next to nothing in terms of nutrition and spikes insulin levels while vegetables are primordial to optimal health and have a beneficial impact on blood sugar levels. - This is clearly untrue, since the predominant carbohydrate in all of the most nutrient-dense vegetables are simple sugars. So there are plenty of foods we would all consider to be extremely healthy that are mostly simple sugars, with little protein or fat to speak of.
