Prophylaxis etc re Measles?

I've just got back from the GP (for me) and there was a poster in the

surgery saying there were current measles cases in Cambridge. I suppose

I'd better get in some high dose Vitamin A. Is the right one made by

Klaire and do I have to get it from Cenaverde?

Does anyone have other suggestions, please? (H had one dose of MMR five

years ago - I was intimidated into it by the neurologist.)
