Finished C2 - YAY!

Starting weight after C1 was 118.8  down to 115 - lost 3.8 lb.

Neck - 12.5 to 12.0

Chest - 33.0

Waist - 28.75 to 28.5 

Waist at the navel 32.75 stayed about the same.

Hips widest point - 35.5 to 35

Thighs - 20.25 to 20

Calf - 12.75  to 12.5

Biceps - 11.25 to 11.0

 

My goal is 110 lb. only 5 lb left! Taking a week off, going to keep eating the

same but taking it easier on the work outs then starting C3 August 31.  I

started at the beginning of the year at about 121 so for 2 challenges, I've lost

6 lb.  I cannot believe it took me this long to lose 6 pounds BUT I've had

plenty of cheats and mess ups and still managed to lose scale weight and inches

and I think not being " too strict " is what has kept me doing it for this long -

this is the longest I've stuck to anything.  I'll post pics this week.
