I don't consider that an interpretation, I consider that the basic data/theory that can have further interpretations, that latter of which being the interpretation I was referring to. I think everyone agrees here that insulin resistance is at the root of many illnesses. The question is what causes insulin resistance, and do carbs per se cause insulin resistance, or are there too many factors to blame carbs per se. Hence the discussion we've had recently on gluten, sugary drinks, eating schedules, and other factors that may affect insulin resistance.
