, does he courier it to you or something? I have a share in

Pat's cows too and was buying my raw butter from the Celtic Bakery

here on the Gold Coast but they've stopped selling it saying he had

problems with his dairy or something. When I spoke to him at the

Brisbane organic markets once he mentioned courier-ing it. Is that

what you do?

Oh this makes me so angry. I'm dreading not being able to buy his

divine milk/cream. I know where I can buy raw milk in northern NSW

for $1/litre illegally but of course it's unregulated and I'd rather

pay for his milk and know it's safe (I bet they're watching him like

a hawk). They're only going to drive the whole thing underground.

Now I know what I know about pasteurised milk, there's no way I'm

going back to it (no wonder I was never really into drinking it).

Will have to live where I can have my own cow I expect.

no at the moment i make a weekly ( sometimes fortnightly ) trip to the

markets at northey st

i think once the debacle of thsi nonsense from the dairy board is over and

Pat sees some light at the tunnel he will branch out into some couriering.

There is also a ncie new gentleman at the market swith soem REALLY good

quality milk. i had it in my fridge 8-9 days before i used last of the

litres i got from him turning it into kefir.

Also Pat is getting sour cream, buttermilk to now.

( i had the sour cream first time last weekend and it just rocked ) loved it

I am sure though perhaps if you got a few people together for an " order "

pat coudl work out a delivery to the coast.

it jsut has to be viable for his woudl be all

as its a bit of a trip

filippa,

yes makes me very angry to. However quite a number of people have called

ther local parliament members ect and hopefully it will be blocked. It will

be a big catastrophe for australia if its totally banned.

( bye bye kefir, whey, saurkraut ect ect ect )

what is on our side is in certain parts within 36 countries in teh world

have raw milk. ( well that is 1 angle they are taking ) alogn with a few

others.

I can tell you now if they do ban it. ill have bougth about 10 litres of

milk just before the fatefull day

and will sit outside parliament with a sign drinking raw kefir, whey

the sign will say this is raw and the dairy board says ill die.

and in big letters. Lets find out while i swish down some lovely contraband

that would be kefir.

Yes he is still very much there

The other gentleman doign the milk is VERY much raw and better quality than

the cleopatras milk.

the milk ive gotten from this guy seems to last forever. And on day 1 made

better Kefir than i had from the cleopatras milk.

Where do you live again? Perhaps on certain weekends i cna collect more

product from there for you ect adn you can come collect from my house on a

sunday. I live at sunnybank hills.

I am " hoping " to try his buttermilk this wekeend as i hear its divine. But

i have a wedding to go to this weekend so not sur eif i will be able to make

it ( lucky i still got 4 litres of milk left ) :)
