Guest guest
i'm purchasing a 5 gallon pail of honey from http://www.beeherenow.com from Maine wildflowers. It's never heated above 110 F and the response i got from the company indicated it's not usually even heated that high, and is minimally filtered. Does anyone know if this is an acceptably low temperature so as not to destroy enzymes or nutrients? The taste is magnificent as i've been buying it in quart or pint jars at my local farmers' market.
