Hi, Adrienne,

not

dream of asking for help.

The original paper is by IM , MJ & D Dowson, Lancet 1991: V.337

pp.757-60. It should be available for free at hte Lancet site - otherwise

you can get the abstract thru PubMed.

Be aware, though, that a larger follow-up study did not find any benefit of

IM MG injections, and that other work has questioned how many PWCs have a Mg

shortage in red cells.

Low Iron causes candida, (this is why women get this more than men.) when

taking Iron, the candida die, causing die off. This could be worth your

persisting with (taking iron) for a few weeks to see if you improve after

this initial period.

thanks ,

alas my experience is that the more iron I take, over longer periods, the more

often and severe my candidiasis episodes become... it seems like the iron

'feeds' the candida...

it's a bit of a 'chicken or egg' situation... none of the docs I've seen seem

to know if candidaisis causes low iron or low iron brings on candidaisis....

Hi O's... the chiro put my husb on this multi called Multigenics... I'm

starting to see a lot of this brand being recommended by the local naturopaths.

Checking the vitamin ingredients/percentages,,, it seems to have a lot more

than the blood type multi.. and it has 50% calcium and vitamin D . ,

do you know if the ratio in the " O " multi was determined for a reason and

why don't they include calcium for us no dairy types? thanks guys,,

Hi - FIRST: Profit!

Otherwise one doesn't really want to get caught up in the " more calcium "

in my multi scam. Your best sources for minerals are: sea vegetables,

greens, high protein, exercise.

In a nutshell - the ABO multi is your best bet.

As far as not including calcium? One would have to take way more

capsules for one. That is why there is Phytocal.

Trying to use a synthetic tablet as a source of calcium is the same as

eating whole grains for fiber source.

Hope this helps.

Love

PS: How much did he charge? 90 or 180 size?

Subject: What do you think about Homeopathy?

Hi Everyone,

I have finally found a local Homeopath and have made an appointment to take

my daughter to see her on Friday. This is our first time seeing one and I would

love to hear from those who have gone to see one and what you all think of

them. Thank You!

Our family physician is a DO crossed trained in Classical Homeopathy. She

did a complete multi hour work up on Charlie over five years ago and we tried

him on several rememdies with marginal success. Others have had more success.

The homeopath that the other memvber uses may not be a licensed physician and

that's OK, just check the background and training. Homeopathy is a whole

different way at looking at a person and identifying the remedy that might be

appropriate.

Good luck
