Guest guest Posted October 17, 2008 Report Share Posted October 17, 2008 good morning all,this morning went back to the circuit workout again. much stronger this time around using 10s on everything except shoulders where i stayed at 8s some more reps on that abs and more solid-form reps with the pylometrics and push ups. each circuit was 2x through again with more stretching in between. warmed up with 10 minute solution kickbox bootcamp basic training segment-basic kicks and punches warm up the total bodycircuit 1-pylo jumps for 15triple threat push ups(decline,plank,incline)10 reps each set upplie hold with hammer curl 15 with 10lbsscissor crunches-50circuit2-split jumps-20(10 each leg)lateral raise into overhead press-10 with 8lbsfrench press balancing on one leg-15 with 10lbscrossover crunch-50circuit3-lateral side jumps-20bent over rows-15 with 10lbsone leg tricep dips-15bicycle crunchesh-50 i can't believe i actually did it!! bicycles are always a tough exercise for me in videos. maybe it was b/c i did it at my own pace with better form?! going camping this weekend so will be no mail. have a great weekend. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
