circuit workout again!

good morning all,this morning went back to the circuit workout again. much stronger this time around using 10s on everything except shoulders where i stayed at 8s some more reps on that abs and more solid-form reps with the pylometrics and push ups. each circuit was 2x through again with more stretching in between. warmed up with 10 minute solution kickbox bootcamp basic training segment-basic kicks and punches warm up the total bodycircuit 1-pylo jumps for 15triple threat push ups(decline,plank,incline)10 reps each set upplie hold with hammer curl 15 with 10lbsscissor crunches-50circuit2-split jumps-20(10 each leg)lateral raise into overhead press-10 with 8lbsfrench press balancing on one leg-15 with 10lbscrossover crunch-50circuit3-lateral side jumps-20bent over rows-15 with
