Dear all.

Let me please wish you a great new year 2010 !!

Along 2009 it has been a pleasure to share with you so many things about

dystonia and other movement disorders, but especially about hope, healthcare and

the positive feelings that helped me in the past, the same way I have tried to

help others with my contributions and experience.

As we surely think when December arrives, there comes a year that means new

opportunities for so many things. It is time for chances and desires for 2010,

and so there we are thinking of things like giving up smoking, losing weight,

earning more money... and lots of things maybe very often nothing to do with the

most important things.

When the new year comes I love planning a list of small objectives, achievable

targets (physical and, why not, emotional or psychic ones), and then

experiencing along the year. I like to do these kind of things and test myself

because every single target reached makes me feel happier and healthier than

ever. Of course, it is really important to tell others and share your

achievements to push them to try and get better, just like you.

That was part of the philosophy of the space I designed for you all [

http://webs.ono.com/distoweb ], based on sharing and helping, and so being

helped, on our own experiences about movement disorders. It began in 2008

February and it has developed itself a lot since then, being the physiotherapist

advice and the videos the most helpful tool for so many people.

Thanks for your confidence, cooperation and replies. It will help me to improve

the site for you and also for many of our caregivers (those so very special

people) in an exclusive domain very soon.

Thanks very much for being there, and please let's enjoy these days as we

deserve.

Best wishes

.
