Goal!

I made my goal weight (again).  This time, I have my head straight and know that

I'n not " done my diet " .  I'm finally not on a " diet " .  I actually just eat

normally.  I still count things though, it's become a hobby now lol.

My goal now is basically to keep doing what I'm doing.  I read the Primal

Blueprint and have been eating more fruit and veggies than I ever have in my

whole life and actually like it but using an 80% rule so if I want pizza or

something junky, I'll just eat it.  I got a lot of food ideas from

www.fitnessista.com  and I've kinda been eating more raw stuff and eating cooked

dinner.

I actually picked pears from my back yard and ate them...holy crap?? I ate

something from a tree that has not been sprayed with anything weird!  I've lived

here for about 2 years, never plucked anything from that tree.  I take my dad to

a local farm to hang out on the front porch and shoot the breeze.  We usually

get some fruit or little snacks so, while there, I've been getting some farmer's

veggies.  I notice that their tomatos and stuff are a lot smaller than the

grocery store stuff.

Most surprising is I'm not having protein with everything and I'm not starving

which was a huge fear of mine.  I haven't had any odd out of control cravings

either.  So I am officially the same weight I was in high school, only now I can

do a pull up and a coupla chin ups.  I feel stronger than I did when I was in my

teens and 20s.  Because of Skwigg I can't wait to read The Blue Zones now.  I

want to be one of those amazon 200 year olds still riding my bike and hiking all

over the place.  :D
