As for " bread, buns, infused meat, condiments, fast food or anything canned or prepared " - I've avoided all of that stuff my whole life whenever possible, and I think it's good common sense for everybody to follow. But especially for those of us with PA. I use it for cluster/ migraine headaches and for side effects from migraine meds. The only side effect is sometimes I get a little sleepy which is usually a blessing. They may try to give you the tablet from but don't take it. It takes about 40 minutes to work and why take another tablet when feeling ill. The gel is rubbed on your wrists forearms and works very fast. Haven't tried it; since nausea is usually only a problem for me when it's caused by medications in the first place I tend to think of that as a pretty good indication that I don't tolerate the med in question.
