Well, most of my life, I would have a bowel movement once per day,

sometimes twice. Never thought I was constipated....but I really

was. For the past 2 years, I've eaten an NT diet with at least 75%

raw food and I've had 2-4 bowel movements EVERY SINGLE DAY without

fail. And my transit time has been as low as 12 hours. So, for me

the raw food and high enzyme content was the key. I eat very small

amounts of well fermented grains too. There is practically no odor

also. My digestion improved dramatically eating this way also.
