Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Uggh,... about 5 minutes into my morning jog I got a real sharp pain in my right foot. It is on the bottom of my foot about one inch below my big toe and the toe next to it. Anyone know what it can be? I walked the rest of my workout and then did leg lifts on the machine and some ab work. My foot hurts if I touch that spot or put any pressure on it. I have iced it which seems to help.
