I would like to know where and how this gene mapping could be done? In my

country they dont do this kind of tests.

Diagnosis between PHA and GRA is not yet ready though.

I would recommend an overnight Dex suppression test and measure cortisol and aldo. Aldo should drop to very low values.I would not waste money on genetic testing-done at Yale. Unless Dx of PA is clear and then does not respond to MCBs and DASH as treatment is the same.Only reason to do genetic testing is so rest of family can be tested to pick it up early-at birth in fact. But very rare. We have have over 500 folks here none with GRA.So get to work on the other issues. Getting BP and K and Symptoms to gaol.CE Grim MDI would like to know where and how this gene mapping could be done?
