My brother and niece are policemen, corruption is not tolerated in the police force. So try these links they should be able to help you. In the mean time try keeping fresh air flowing through your open windows it might be of some little help.

My neighbor Sheila is friends with the daughter of one of my mothers arch enemies from highschool. Basically there is a theory that my father dated several "fair complexioned women" while he dated my mother...and got several pregnant.I am the product of one of those unions. I have been sick for several years and I dont hardly go outside (except to take out the garbage or to get the mail) and several of the female neighbors have been very evil and doing pranks etc. I cant get the police to arrest anyone for harassment because the neighbor is also related to a former asst black police chief...does anyone have any advice.I am trying to move but every year this neighbor and her nurse friend comes up with schemes to try to have me arrested...they recently got a lady to call my house from a school across town and pretend she was looking for her husband. And when I called the school back and spoke with the principal; they conjured up a false statement to the police and got me arrested.I have had several civil rights violations and its hard to get the local ACLU in Shreveport to contact people.
