I was hoping it would help with the energy level so I could do my cardio when I got back. I said I'd do all my cardio in the evenings, but figured I'd be OK with what I had down to do today. I did 4DS HIS/LIS mish mosh. Most of you all have seen this one before. LIS- warm up HIS- combo 1 LIS- combo 1 HIS- combo 2 LIS- combo 2 HIS- combo 3 LIS- combo 3 HIS- all 3 blasts LIS- all 3 blast HIS- cool down This routine clocks in at about 50 minutes. I burned 408 calories. I'm not sure if its allergies going on or what, but for the last 3 days or so I've had a slight sore throat and for the first time this morning I woke up not feeling so hot. I really had to just make myself do this workout. I'm thinking its allergies though. Anyway, I hope you all have a nice day today. ~**~It's only a deal if it's where you want to go.
