I recommend all my pts get the DASH diet book by et all becuase of the review of the science. the receipes and the 14 day trial to test diet effects in 2 weeks. Dear WASH members, We are currently in the process of preparing for World Salt Awareness Week 2011. As you may already know, this year’s focus will be on Salt and Men’s Health. To coincide with Salt Awareness Week, we are developing an international low salt cookbook to be made available online. I am writing to you all to enlist your help; If you have a low salt (and low saturated fat) recipe that we could include in the cookbook I would be delighted to hear from you. Ideally we are seeking traditional recipes native to your countries to make the cookbook as interesting and varied as possible. If the recipe(s) has previously been analysed or you would be willing to have it analysed please send me the nutrition informaiton with the recipe, or indeed, we would be more than willing to analyse it here at WASH. If you have a recipe that you would like to submit or are willing to select or develop one, please get in touch and I will send you further information. The closing date is the 30th January. I look forward to hearing from you. Excelent there's a low salt banana bread ( with high K ) that my wife does, it

uses no salt, ( just a bit of sodium carbonate ), but it tastes great, gonna

send the recipe ASAP.

( Banana Bread, Costa Rica... we produce TONS of bananas.. typical dish )

Thanks !!
