Anyway, the writer explains that milk contains trans fat and for that reason should be limited in its intake. I know they are talking about homogenized, pasteurized milk. Are the trans fats being fed to the cows and then being passed on? Or are the trans fats added to make the milk more palatable? Does anyone know?
