I think it depends on the veggie.? Something like corn would definitely be

considered a carb. But green veggies are generally mild.? You could eat a decent

amount of greens and still have a carb portion with it.? I think I remember a

list in either the bfl book or on the website?? anyone remember those?

As for the bars, I think it depends on your tastes.? My husband and I disagree

on bars alot!? hehe? We do like the Zone Perfect Bars alot.? The advantedge

blueberry? bars are pretty good too.?

I'd be interested in hearing more on bars myself.? I often prefer shakes over

bars due to taste.?

Also, I've just recently gotten coupons for something called Muscle Milk.? They

have bars and drinks.? Anyone know what these are or if they are good?

Quick Question

Hi all,

I have a quetions regarding veggies and protein bars. Are veggies

counted as a carb portion? I've seen some meal posts that include a

protein (such as lean meat) and a veggie, and am now wondering if I was

supposed to be counting those as my carb portion. I am also looking

for a good protein bar to grab on my way to school. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
