Yesterday I ran 5k in the park behind my building.

Today was CrossFit. After warmup:

Tuesday 7/14/2009 ***Lynne***

“Lynne”

Five rounds for max reps of:

Body weight bench press (48# for me)

Pull-ups (4 bands assisted)

Transition within 20 Seconds

Rest As Needed Between Couplets

My total per round: 18, 19, 15, 14, 14
