Atacand will not work in PA.Not related that we know but are adding this to our questionnaire and well will know after we have 100 or so who have completed our survey when finished.'DASHing should be tried first with your PHA checking urine Na and K to make sure you are at goal.HIgh salt intake increases vascular reactivity.CE Grim MD HI Dr Grim,I have just returned from the Rheumatologist, and you were right, I do have Raynaud’s. The specialist was pondering if there was a link between this and PHA – what do you think? He is suggesting that the Renal Physician who manages my PHA replace my Atacand with Adalat Oros in the winter months to assist me – what do you think?Many thanks
