Guest guest
I read the linke which was very interesting, but I guess my bottomline question is how low does one's bodyfat have to go before loose skin (and lower ab fat) is no longer an " issue " . The author of the site says that celebs with 10% bodyfat don't have loose skin. Is that even healthy for a woman? Not to turn this into a debate, but I do think that there will be a point for me where the quest for the perfect looking body becomes counter to a wonderfully healthy body. From all I've read, a woman needs about 13% essential bodyfat for her body to function. At one time, I had starved myself down to a very low bodyfat and weight, my periods stopped entirely and I put myself at real risk for bone loss later in life.
