I am fighting severe vasospasms and now periodic tachycardia issues. The heart Cath revealed a 20% blockage in the LAD. This is the area of vasospasm. My coronary reserve flow started at 1.1 prior to adenosine but then stayed at 1.1 which I was told should have gone over 2.5. Could this still be considered PA?
