Hi guys! I enrolled in the Challenge starting yesterday! I mailed in my

commitment card and everything. I took a spinning class yesterday in place of

cardio. My legs were just about numb. I had a very hard time with the jumps and

climbs. I am going to stick with this class though and by the end, I will be

doing just as well as the others. She started to have everyone lunge across the

floor after the class, I left at that point. I have 100# to lose and don't want

to blow out my knees! If I stick to cardio alone, I do not push myself. However,

in a class, I am embarrassed to leave early, or not work as hard! Today is upper

body! I am so excited to get myself back!

Good for you!!!...I started last week preparing to begin...finally

took my pictures and measurements Sunday...I have some really good

information that got passed on to me if you'd like it...let me know

Hello everyone! I am starting the BFL challenge and am in need of some

accountability. I am extremely motivated, but I am one that tends to fizzle out

quickly. I hope to learn from those of you who have adopted BFL as a lifestyle.

With that in mind, are there any EAS products that you would recommend? Looking

forward to building an awesome physique and supportive friendships :)
