I have a 72 y/o very active female pt that I have been treating for chronic bilateral hamstring tendinitis. I have been using EMS,Heat, US and a vibracuser and CMT. Initially she responded well to therapy but plateaued. We have tried to lengthen the time between tx but when we get much more that a week she starts getting the pain again. We have altered her walking schedule, speed, terrain ...etc but pain still gradually returns. She was seen by a Physiatrist who injected the Ischial tubes with Lidocaine which helped for a short time. I think she would be a good candidate for prolotherapy and I am looking for referrals to someone in the Bend, Boise, Pendelton, Tri Cities areas who does this. Thanks in advance for the referral.Dr. A Caughlin DC CAC155 NW 1st Ave Day, Or. 97845 office fax
