switch it up-pm weights am yoga/rambles

good morning all,last night i got in my upper body work since my metaboost workout yesterday morning just didn't provide nearly enough. i did the premix timesaver of amy's slo-mo upper body. it was tough for a 30 min workout but sometimes a struggle is a good thing when building upper body like mine. i added on her staggered push ups chapters b/c from doing the chest presses i realize my strength was up when i did push ups. plus amy adds variety so its just not the same ol' same ol' push ups that can be boring when you do them often. i also did stretch #1 from her abs and stretch dvd. its all standing work for a balanced body stretch. this morning i had good intentions on getting a longer yoga workout in but i just didn't want to get up when that alarm rang. so instead i just went for a quality quick workout with caribbean workout's stretch into yoga the flex yoga segment. this is lower body mostly stretching but there is a touch of upper body as well.

really adds to the stretching out of worked muscles from last night as well as provide a gentle ease into the start of the day. well 2 more days(counting today). my FIL sent a nice check so i mailed some bills early but i do get paid tomorrow. we will pay our rent and loan payment and any other bills that seem to float in and then we will see if i have enough to make a quick trip to jersey. i don't want to stay long b/c i don't have a lot of dough but i will try to visit everybody. i really want to see my grandmother more then everybody else. plus we are planning some changes to help with bills(both check in JAN. reflect the two weeks i have off so pretty much each check will only be pay for one week, i sometimes hate bi-weekly pay LOL). we called vonage and they said we can get a sign up plan for $45(member fee) and they waive the other fees. plus when i got my credit card statement i got an ad to get two months free. even better here LOL. with verizon we

pay $62 a month for what vonage is offering for $25+a month. so that should half our bill and my sister says she has never had an issue with vonage. we have the cable internet so why not take advantage of the service. we are being cautious with the electric b/c they are planning to raise rates b/c of a tax they are being charged so they are going to turn around put it on their customers(about 3% of the amount of the bill). luckly it hasn't been TOO cold here to run the heat often just in the mornings.just being prepared!!!well thankfully dh still has a good job LOL have a great one kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they
